Where can I find my expiration date?

The month end expiration date of your subscription can be found on your magazine label above your name. You can also click here to view your expiration information.

How can I change my address?

Changing your address can be done easily online by clicking here.

One of my Golf Magazine issues was never delivered. What should I do?

You can check the most recent issues our records show that you should have received by clicking on the "Report Damaged/Missing Issue" link in the menu.

Do I have to enter my email address?

No, but providing us with your email address will allow you to receive notices when the digital version of the magazine is available and also get important messages from Golf Magazine regarding your subscription. You will also receive our award-winning newsletter. To check or provide us with your latest email address, please click here.

How do I make a payment?

You currently have no payment due. If a payment is due, you will be prompted on the account summary page to make a payment on your account.

Why did I receive a bill after I already sent a payment?

It can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your payment. If it has been less than two weeks since you sent your payment, please disregard any invoices that you receive. If it has been more than two weeks since you remitted payment, please click here to check your last payment date.

How do I set up my existing subscription on my Apple device?
1. Get your Account number from the address label of any Golf Magazine you received as a subscriber... orget it by logging in to our Account Management Portal.
2. Go to the iTunes Store and download the GOLF Magazine app.
3. Open the app and tap on the lock in the top right corner.
4. Enter your account number or email address and your password.
5. Tap Sign In.
If you subscribed via iTunes, you will have to restore your subscription with your Apple ID.
